93 Days, a movie about Nigeria’s 2014 battle with Ebola will premiere today, September 13, 2016 at the headquarters of House on the Rock Church in Lekki, Lagos in collaboration with Natives FilmWorks, Michelangelo Productions and Bolanle Austen-Peters Production.
The world premiere of the movie took place at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) on Thursday, September 9, 2016.
Speaking about the collaboration, Paul Adefarasin, the Senior Pastor of the church said, “House on the Rock’s mission is to work together with everyone that is invested in building a transformed nation, a better Nigeria, and this essence ties strongly into the courage displayed by Dr. Adadevoh and her colleagues who brought hope to a nation that was being threatened by devastation at the expense of their own lives. This is the kind of love and sacrifice that can truly bring transformation to all.”
Directed by Steve Gukas, 93 Days stars Danny Glover, Bimbo Akintola, Somkele Idhalama, Tim Reid, Alastair Mackenzie, Keppy Ekpenyong, Abimbola Mary-Anne Akintola, Gideon Okeke, among others.
