According to figures obtained by TNS, high-budget Ebola film, 93 Days made just N19.9 million after its run in cinemas in 2016.
According to the producers, 93 Days cost N400 million to produce and a return of less than N20 million, barely 5% of investment, is a far from successful outing.
The film which picked up 13 nominations for upcoming Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA), including Best Overall Film, was voted as the best Nollywood film of 2016 by TNS readers.
