British-Nigerian filmmaker, Remi Vaughan-Richards has made a documentary which explores the story of Lagos long-forgotten musicians of the past.
Titled Faaji Agba, the film chronicles the history of music in Lagos, beginning in the 1940s. It features the master musicians who include Fatai Rolling Dollar, SF Olowookere, Alaba Pedro, Prince Eji and Ayinde Bakare.
Faaji Agba screened at Lights Camera Africa and the Pan African Film Festival.
