Many of us (yes, me too) dread the thought of exercising. That XYZ Gym building always looks like XYZ House of Horror and we tend to hurry past it.
Well, today we’ll be giving you a list of 8 Nollywood stars that have shown us that maybe exercising and the fitfam life in general is not that hellish after all. In fact, it’s like they seem to enjoy working out very much and have amazing results to show for their hard work.
Check out the list below.
- Gideon Okeke
The Tinsel star never fails to encourage his followers on Instagram to embrace the wonderful life of exercising. I mean, just look at!
- Gbenro Ajibade
This is Gbenro. Gbenro likes to work out…
Be like Gbenro!
- Kate Henshaw
All hail the Queen of female Nollywood Fitfams! This ageless beauty does not stop, even on her birthday!
- Tomi Odunsi Fadina
Newly married to fitness expert, Seun Fadina, Olori Fadina doesn’t use her already slim figure as an excuse not to get fit. The actress uses dance as her major form of exercise and she enjoys herself very much while she’s at it.
- Omoni Oboli
The results she got from her dedication to a healthy lifestyle and workout regime make it hard to believe she’s a mother of three.
- Deyemi Okanlawon
Another new dad on our list. Deyemi is no newbie to the world of fitness. He’s an advocate for the healthy fitfam life and encourages his followers from time to time to hit the gym.
- Bimbo Akintola
This actress inspired many with her significant weight loss. She hasn’t veered off the course of fitness despite hitting her goal weight and she’s still a source of inspiration to many.
The single question I'm asked everyday is how I lost weight and the answer is quite easy, DETERMINATION. I made up my mind to live healthy and I'm determined to do so forever. Find healthier options for dessert and snacks. DRINK WATER!!! I also exercise Monday-Friday. #healthierchoices #healthyme #ilooklikeaninjaturtle #protectweakknees #loveyourself
- Alexx Ekubo
Another fitfam advocate with amazing results to show for his hard work.
