Top Nollywood actress, Doris Simeon has opened up on why she acts more in Yoruba movies despite being from the South-South region of Nigeria.
In an exclusive chat with NET, the Edo born actress disclosed that her appearance in Yoruba movies is not deliberate but depends on offers she receive.
“I started up with Papa Ajasco and Company and it was on that set that I got my first Yoruba script. Doing that, other roles started coming in even before I finish one, others would come again, so it is as the scripts come,” she said.
The actress however still appears in English productions and only weeks ago returned from South Africa where she was on set of Lincoln’s Clan.
