Over the past few weeks, since the commencement of shooting for the Ebola film, 93 Days, tributes have been pouring – on an increased level – for Stella Adadevoh who died while trying to defend her nation from the virus.
Even more encomium was showered on her yesterday during a press conference to signal the completion of the project. Hollywood stars, Danny Glover and Tim Reid including Bimbo Akintola, Keppy Ekpeyong Bassey, and Gideon Okeke were all in attendance at the event.
They are all part of the project.
One of the producers of the movie, Bolanle Austen-Peters said, “It’s important we tell our stories. There’s too much projection of negative stories about Nigeria. Now Nigerians will shine internationally. We pre-empted others like Americans from doing it and then bringing it back to us to buy.“
