Ghanaian police have finally apprehended the partner of former EastEnders actress, Sian Blake, who was murdered alongside her two sons. The trio who were reported missing on December 16, 2015, were finally found dead in the garden of their home in London on Tuesday.
Arthur Simpson-Kent who is the father of the kids fled London after being questioned by the Metropolitan Police and arrived in Ghana on December 19. Ghanaian police immediately swung into action after being tipped off about the suspect’s arrival in the country.
Sian Blake, 43, played Frankie Pierre in 56 episodes of EastEnders between 1996 and 1997. She suffered from a motor neurone disease.
According to a BBC correspondent, 10 police officers went down to the beach after villagers informed them he was in the area.
Post-mortem tests conducted on the bodies recovered in their family home garden showed that Sian, her sons, Zachary and Amon, suffered head and neck injuries which proved fatal.
