A California Supreme Court has ruled that the sexual assault suit levelled against Bill Cosby will hold, four decades after the incident.
Judy Huth claimed Bill coerced her into having sex with him after he had given her alcohol. Bill had previously tried to have a lower court throw out the suit, but it was upheld and so he turned to the Supreme Court which has now endorsed it for a proper trial.
Apparently trouble is brewing up for Bill as pressure is mounting on the courts in America to pronounce him guilty when trial holds. The trial is expected to start by August or September and he is to give testimony and will face and answer questions on situations that happened in the 70s and 80s involving countless women who claim he had done same or worse to them.
