Segun OdejimiFollowing allegations of assault reported by Toke Makinwa from one of the staffers of Crossroads Restaurant at Eko Hotel and Suites, NET reached out to the management of the establishment which is one of the highflying restaurants in Lagos for clarification on the matter.
The media personality had accused a bodyguard who worked with Hollywood actor, John Boyega while he was in the country of encroaching on her space, yelling at her and assaulting her because she was a woman.
She also alleged that the bodyguard in question ordered staff of the restaurant not to serve drinks her and her best friend whom she came to the restaurant with.
But the manager who declined to give us her name, denied the incident saying she had no idea what happened the previous night with Toke Makinwa and only sought to know if our reporter wanted to make an urgent reservation.
“I have no idea what you are talking about, we will have to find that out. In the meantime, would you like to make any reservations please” she asked.
